Tim led the Commercial Litigation Team in a top ten global law firm for 20 years, handling complex, high value commercial domestic and international disputes. He established himself as a thought leader and prominent ADR practitioner spanning both international arbitration and mediation. He now brings all of that experience to bear in his new career as an independent and full-time arbitrator, mediator and disputes consultant.

Based in London, Tim operates across the UK, Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. As a consequence he was experienced in conducting arbitration hearings and mediations remotely before the Covid 19 pandemic arrived. Since then, he has gained experience in all of the leading platforms for remote meetings and is comfortable adapting to work with whichever platform the parties prefer to use.
